Garnet (Natural Raw Etched Spessartine Garnet) Pendant in Copper

I have wrapped this beautiful dark Etched Spessartine Garnet crystal (Navagadora Claim, MG Brazil) in my fantasy inspired “Elwyn” style in antiqued copper wire. I antiqued the copper and it was hand polished to achieve its rich finish.

While these crystals are generally dark in nature, when backlit, the colour of these crystals really comes through and they are quite deep and saturated. 

Elwyn means Friend of the elves in Old English.

It is the habit of copper to tarnish over time, it can however be easily removed with a dry polishing cloth. A small polishing pad will be included with this piece.

This pendant measures 1.9 inches from base to bail and .6 inch at its widest width.

This pendant will come on an 18” antiqued copper bead chain with a shepherds hook closure, in a black velvet pouch and gift boxed.

To keep your piece in optimal shape please remove your jewelry before showering or swimming and avoid contact with perfumes and other chemicals.
